  • Salon Owner and Staff Information: Name, email address, phone number, login credentials, and subscription and billing details.

  • Salon Customer Information: Name, mobile number, and address (entered by the salon owner or staff for salon operations and promotional activities).

  • Payment Information: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use the Information

The collected information is used for:

  • Enabling salon operations such as billing, managing customers, and sales tracking.

  • Authenticating salon owner and staff logins.

  • Processing monthly subscription payments.

  • Providing customer support and technical assistance.

  • Improving our services and user experience.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Payment Processing: We share information with Razorpay as necessary to complete your subscription transactions.

  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal request.

  • Salon customer details entered into the app are stored as long as the salon owner maintains their account.

  • Payment and billing records are retained as required by law.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

  • For Salon Staff Accounts: Salon staff accounts are managed by the salon owner. If you are a staff member, please contact your salon owner to request the deletion of your account. The salon owner can delete your account directly from within the App.

  • For Salon Owner Accounts: To request the deletion of your salon owner account and all associated data, including all staff and customer data, you must contact us directly via email. Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete your account and all associated data within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Your Rights

As a salon owner, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data stored in your account.

  • Update or correct your information.

  • Request deletion of your data as outlined in the "Account and Data Deletion" section.

8. Payments via Razorpay

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway for subscription payments. By using our app, you also agree to Razorpay’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
